A fast dry, easy sanding primer specially formulated for use as a first coat under all our pigmented nitrocellulose, pre-catalyzed, and post-catalyzed products. Exhibits very good adhesion on wood, MDF, particleboard, and other hard boards. Has superior moisture resistance and stain blocking and sands very well to produce an excellent base coat with outstanding holdout of topcoats.
