Specially formulated for use as the first coat under Magnalac pre-catalyzed pigmented lacquer. (Will also work as an excellent primer/undercoater for other single component products.) This fast dry, high performance, nitrocellulose lacquer primer sands very easily to produce an excellent base coat with outstanding holdout of topcoats.
