2. Can I Order Online Or Is It Better To Call It In?

   A: We have a very secure website which is protected by Geo Trust. In the many years we've been online we have never experienced any breach of customer information. If you still feel unsure about ordering please feel free to call us at 1-888-541-3815 and we'd be happy to help.

3. How long will it take to ship my order once placed?

   A: We try to fill orders as quickly as possible. In some cases in-stock orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process before we ship them. Special order items may take as long as 5-7 business days before shipping. If time is a concern please contact us before ordering to find out how long it will take.

4. How will my order be shipped?

   A: We ship all of our orders Fed-Ex. We have found them to be among the most reliable carriers. You will also receive an e-mail with tracking and other shipment information (if an e-mail address is given). Some small items may be shipped USPS but this is done at the customers risk.

5. Why Am I Asked To Select A Signature Service During The Checkout Process?

   A: The signature service option is a feature provided by our shipping company (Fed-Ex) that ensures that your package has been delivered. There are three different choices, Indirect Signature - With this option anyone at the ship to location may sign for the package, Adult Signature - With this option anyone over the age of 18 may sign for the package and Direct Signature - with this option you must be there to sign for your package.

6. I Have Received A "Package Delivered" E-mail But I Am Unable To Locate My Package

   A: If you did not select a signature service Fed-Ex may leave your package in a visible location at your home/office. More often than not missing packages are usually picked up by another person at your location. Please check with anyone else you may have access to pick up the package. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us and we will investigate further. Please keep in mind that lost packages are insured With Fed-Ex and any claims must be processed through them. Please see our "Terms And Conditions" for further information.
